Nature's Soothing Beauty By: Katie Wedell As my head nudges forward, like a row of a boat; I can as slightly as a feather, sense the water sprinkle beyond my elegant skin. I perform as a seagull swooping down upon me, Regardless of the vastly moist, yet soft sand distorting between my unburden toes.
I suddenly forget about my toes and the sandy beach beneath them.
As if it was in a heartbeat, I begin to hear mellow waves thundering into the rocks, slightly stationed before shore.
My eyes urgently seem to behold, the warm colors merging together into the sky;
Like a caterpillar forming into a butterfly.
The sky implied as though, it could melt ones heart just enough to crack a smile, all the way across their face.
As the stars begin to peek out beneath their clouds;
Like a chick’s first peek out of its shell,
And eyes seem to creep lower and lower down one another’s faces;
I can't help, yet believe that people seem to forget what natures soothing beauty is, now days.
